The Model Teaching Professional Development design is a proven strategy perfected from years of experience training thousands of new and developing teachers recruited for our Action Potential Learning school support services. Our courses were originally developed to effectively train our new intervention specialists, many of whom had never taught before, for in-classroom support as well as small group intervention. Building upon this experience, we have developed an effective course structure to train and prepare teachers on complex instructional methods in an online format that is highly efficient and cost effective.
As we expand our list of Professional Development courses, we seek to provide teachers, schools, school districts, and state education departments access to our high-quality course content in a cost-effective and streamlined online platform, helping to impact as many teachers, educators, and students as possible.

This course was very thorough in explaining what Claim Evidence Reasoning CER in the Science Classroom is and how to implement CER writing in the classroom. The course gave great resources, as well as offering practice and reflection.
This course was an excellent intro for Literacy Stations for PreK-2nd Grade. I found the lessons, reflections, and videos helpful and easy to follow. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to educate themselves more about literacy stations.
I have really enjoyed these courses and I have learned so much!
